If you need lashes cleaning before your service, Please let us know ahead or arrive earlier for make up remove . 

Our artists are giving 100% attention to clients lashes. When you talk , the lashes movement will affect quality of artist job, and walk out with unhappy result . 

Please let us know 24hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellation made within 24hours of appointment will be charge 50% of the service ( Emergency Exclusion)
